The bot only collects Guild IDs, Channel IDs, User IDs.

Guild ID's are collected for the database organizing, database searching, and database reading and wring. Channel ID's are collected for the logging system. The only time that Channel ID's are collected is when you use the dashboard. User ID's are collected for the database that stores your Link Gem information.

We protect your info by not allowing anyone to access your info except the Developer. We also store in a Database that is quite hard to navigate. All code is also private.

IV. WHO CAN ACCESS THIS DATA?

On the terms of access, only KNOX#3039 and Scorprian#2161 can access all the data collected.

V. CAN I HAVE MY DATA REMOVED FROM THE SYSTEM?

Yes. If you want your data removed from the database please join the support server and send a DM to Sanity Management saying that you would like your data removed.

I. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you hit subscribe on the Status Page(https://status.sanitybot.xyz) and use one of the options Slack, Push, Email you are giving us the info to your Slack channel; If you pick email you have given us your email; If you chose Push you are giving us a small key on your computer that allows notifications, updates will be sent to your computer to be displayed.
